Shipping Rates & Order Minimums

We keep our shipping rules easy to understand with clear thresholds based on where you play:

  • Hong Kong Orders: Free shipping on every order—no minimum spend required.
  • Worldwide Orders (HK$1,500 or above): Free shipping.
  • Worldwide Orders (Below HK$1,500): Flat-rate shipping fee of HK$150.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Once your order is placed and payment is cleared, our team immediately begins preparing your package:

  • Standard Gear: Most orders are packed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock, we will reach out to you directly via email or WhatsApp right away to coordinate an update or exchange.

Estimated Delivery Windows

We ship your gear directly to your doorstep using reliable, tracked shipping services:

  • Standard Delivery Time: Packages typically arrive within 4 to 14 business days, depending on your local postal services and customs handling.
  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your paddle leaves our facility, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
